InLiner® CS2 Ma - The innovative bar cutter for professional applications
The InLiner CS2 Ma is a modern and powerful bar cutter with 85 kN, which is characterized by its robust and compact design. The head can be rotated through 180° so that the tool can be easily positioned on the workpiece. The secure snap lock makes work easier. It can be used very well in confined spaces, such as in switch cabinet construction. The LED for illuminating the work area provides support. The double-piston hydraulics allow you to cut hard material without any problems, and the tool works even faster under load.
With a maximum cutting diameter of 24 mm, the tool is suitable for a wide range of applications, such as cutting power cables, overhead lines, wire ropes and reinforcing steel. The stick cutter scores particularly well in civil engineering, as there are no flying sparks when cutting - a decisive advantage over conventional cut-off grinders that significantly increases work safety.
The tool is optimally balanced and weighs little - this makes it easier to work for longer periods and reduces fatigue. The snap lock can be closed quickly and easily, which guarantees rapid work progress. Operation is intuitive: Reverse is controlled via a central switch button, while forward and reverse can be controlled via two separate switches. The return stroke can be operated either manually or automatically, which further increases flexibility in day-to-day work. Once the maximum force has been reached, the piston automatically returns to the starting position. However, you can stop the piston at the desired position by tapping the forward button - you always have full control over your tool.
Another highlight is the innovative MasterBase technology: It allows the user to operate the InLiner CS2 with Bosch, Makita, Hilti or Milwaukee batteries. This means that every business can continue to use their preferred battery platform and save costs for additional batteries and chargers.
This tool is compatible with 18 V lithium-ion batteries from Makita.
Examples of the use of the InLiner CS2 in various industries
Grid operators and energy suppliers:
With the InLiner CS2, power cables and conductors up to a diameter of 24 mm can be cut cleanly and safely. Cutting overhead lines, e.g. Al/St 240/40, is also possible without any problems - ideal for maintenance and repair work in the power grid.
Elevator builders:
Wire ropes up to a diameter of 24 mm can be cut precisely and with little effort using the pole cutter. This makes the InLiner CS2 the perfect tool for the installation and maintenance of elevator systems.
Civil engineering:
In civil engineering, cutting reinforcing steel up to 16 mm in diameter is a common task. The InLiner CS2 carries out this work without flying sparks, which significantly increases safety on the construction site and enables it to be used in sensitive environments.
Guy wire:
Cutting guy wire up to 20 mm in diameter is also no problem with the InLiner CS2 - a clear advantage for anyone working in the infrastructure sector.
The InLiner CS2 from Holger Clasen is the versatile, safe and innovative bar cutter for professionals. Its flexible battery platform, well thought-out design and simple operation make it an indispensable tool for numerous industries.
