The compressed air belt grinder BSR20 is a versatile professional device with a bandwidth of 20 mm that provides a good stock removal rate, but the belt grinder is flexible in handling and can be adapted to the desired application by simple conversions. The basic version of the BSR20 is equipped with a flat sanding shoe for surface processing. The additional guide roller can be quickly and easily attached to the grinding arm if you want to machine crowned surfaces. The grinding belt has more room for manoeuvre for a better adaptation to the workpiece. The grinding arm can be rotated through 360° and thus has perfect contact with the workpiece in any position. If you need to change the grinding belt, you can do this quickly and easily without additional tools thanks to the grinding arm lock. The dust collector protects you from swirling abrasive particles. You can change the speed on a rotary knob. The belt grinder runs in both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation - this has the advantage that you can influence the sparking or turn a right-handed tool into a left-handed tool. Thanks to its ergonomic design, low weight and low vibration values, this professional belt grinder is a high-quality, durable industrial tool for daily use, with which you can work fatigue-free.
