The battery cutter CutMax-C2 with 85 kN and 24 mm opening width is a universally applicable, powerful battery hydraulic cutting tool, which you can safely position on the cable even in confined spaces. The LED for illumination of the working area supports this. The snap lock makes handling easier.
The wire rope cutter cuts Cu- and Al-strand as well as round material and even round steel up to a diameter of 20 mm. Also overhead line construction or the power industry, you can use the cutter for cables up to 24 mm in diameter. With the appropriate power in optimally coordinated 2-stage hydraulics, improved technology allows you to work even faster under load. You have full tool control via the feed and return buttons, with which you can control the cutting process at any time. A new feature is the option of switching the tool to automatic return. After reaching the maximum cutting force, the cutting blades automatically return to their starting position. However, you can stop the knives at the desired position by tapping the feed button - you always have full control over your tool. The tool can be operated with a 18 V lithium-ion battery from Makita and thus fits seamlessly into your existing tool park.
