How to do it:

To initiate your repair process, please complete the questions below. You will then receive a copy of the completed form. Please enclose this with your shipment and address the package to:

After we have received the shipment, you will receive a separate confirmation of receipt and further information. You will then receive your cost estimate for approval.

**Due to a high number of repairs and our move to a new building, the preparation of cost estimates has been delayed. We currently need approx. 6 - 8 weeks to prepare a cost estimate.**

Info: If the actual costs are lower than the specified limit, of course only these will be charged. If the costs for a repair are above the set limit, you will automatically receive a cost estimate.

I agree that in case of a return of the unrepaired, disassembled device, 60.00 € expense lump sum plus transport costs will be charged. The environmentally friendly disposal is free of charge.*
