Applications

Pressing, cutting and bending: This tool or cuts Cu cable and ACSR; crimps cable lugs or connectors with narrow C-shaped crimping dies (CS) up to 240 mm² to DIN or bends cable up to 1,000 mm². The pull-pin head ensures quick and easy installation.
Attention: The tool attachments must be ordered separately.

TriLiner C Ma - Flexibility thanks to interchangeable heads for cutting or crimping

The tool with 70 kN is a powerful, light-weight and small cutting and crimping tool. The interchangeable attachment allows the tool to be flexibly adapted to your needs. Thanks to its balanced, ergonomic design, it can be easily handled with one hand. The crimping head is fitted with commercially available block crimping inserts (shape B). The closed crimping head with bracket and latch offers a high level of safety when crimping. Thanks to the compact design and the 180° rotatable press head, the tool can be easily positioned on the workpiece. The cutting head with its open cutting geometry is also ideal for tight spaces. Overall, it can therefore be used very well in confined spaces, such as in switch cabinet construction. The LED for illuminating the work area provides additional support.
You have full tool control via the feed and return buttons, which you can use at any time to control the crimping process. New is the possibility to change the tool from manual to automatic return. When the maximum force is reached, the piston automatically returns to its starting position. However, you can stop the piston at the desired position by tapping the feed button - you always have full control over your tool.
Thanks to the double-piston hydraulics, you can easily crimp DIN hexagonal Cu/Al cross-sections up to 240 mm², and the tool works even faster under load. The cutting head cuts cables and power cables up to a diameter of 30 mm and overhead lines up to a diameter of 20 mm. The bending attachment bends cables up to 1,000 mm², making installation in angled areas easier. The tool is compatible with 18 V lithium ion batteries from Makita.
