The air belt grinder BS30CB is our most powerful belt grinder with one side idle pulley, easily convertible for various applications, such as convex and concave shapes, surface grinding, rounding of edges or derusting work. The powerful belt grinder is a professional tool and is used in many areas, from pre-sanding to derusting, fine grinding or surface finishing. Depending on the abrasive belt equipment, you can process unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, brass or bronze, cast iron, steel alloys but also stainless steel (non-woven abrasive belt).

Air belt grinder BS30CB - Most powerful tool - compare it!

The BS30CB is our most powerful professional belt grinder with a bandwidth of 30 mm. It provides high removal performance, also for grinding work up to the edge, but is flexible in its application. For particularly heavy grinding work a second handle is included, which enables two-handed use.
Thanks to the flat grinding shoe the belt grinder is ideal for machining larger surfaces. You are welcome to compare it with conventional belt grinders, the grinding performance will convince you. You can attach the optionally available guide roller to the grinding arm if you want to work on curved surfaces. The grinding belt has more room to adapt to the workpiece.
For a perfect adaptation to the workpiece, you can also rotate the grinding arm 360° and thus have perfect contact with the workpiece in any position. If you need to change the grinding belt, you can do so quickly and easily without additional tools thanks to the grinding arm lock. The dust collector protects you from swirling abrasive particles. With a simple turn of a screwdriver you can easily change the speed.
The belt grinder runs clockwise, reversible models are the BSR10B and the BSR20. Thanks to its ergonomic design and low vibration values, this professional grinder is a high-quality, durable industrial tool in daily use, with which you can work fatigue-free. In the accessories you will also find high-quality grinding belts for best grinding results. You can choose between corundum, zirconium corundum and non-woven abrasive belts.
